Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
By using Kwalify at kwalify.net, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kwalify is a beta product that generates playlists from your Spotify Liked Songs based on natural-language prompts. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
Spotify
You must have a valid Spotify account. Your use of Spotify is subject to Spotify’s Terms of Use. Kwalify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your Spotify credentials secure.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the system.
- Do not use Kwalify to harass others or infringe intellectual property.
- You are responsible for prompts you submit and playlists you share.
Share links
Playlist share pages are available to anyone with the link. Do not share a link if you do not want others to see that playlist’s contents.
Beta disclaimer
Kwalify is offered in public beta. Results may vary. Generation can be slow for large libraries. Repeat prompts may return cached results. Spotify Developer Mode may restrict who can log in until our app is fully approved.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect playlist quality, or that Spotify API access will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwalify and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Intellectual property
Kwalify’s name, branding, and software are owned by the project operators. Music metadata and playback remain subject to Spotify and rights holders’ terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Kwalify at any time and revoke app access in Spotify.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised terms.
